• Responsibilities: I worked closely with the graphic designers to develop, test and deploy state of the art digital signage solutions. I also spent time working on print layouts, graphics, landing pages and CMS maintenance.

Insteo is a digital signage company located in Long Beach. They specialize in digital signage solutions and cloud based content. They work with local companies in Long Beach, companies all over the United States and Canada.

I worked with a small team of designers and developers on a regular basis. Our team worked regularly on digital signage development. I worked specifically on development once designs were finalized. Once the development was complete, I would move onto test the content on final media players and screen displays.

One of my favorite roles at Intseo was to provide our customers with all the information they needed to successfully display their content. I assisted clients with troubleshooting in our office, remotely and on site. I regularly provided customer support for Insteo's Content Design System via Uservoice. I also wrote, maintained and updated support articles for Insteo platform users.
