• Responsibilities: I worked with the owner to select his companies name. Soon after we brainstormed the logo and color choices. I wrote the site content, designed their website and developed it.

Morales Services is an Orange County based maintenance company. The Morales Service team has over 12 years of combined professional maintenance experience. Morales Services specializes in cleaning and maintaining buildings.

When Morales Services’ owner reached out to me. He had recently started exploring the business of cleaning and maintenance. For many years he spend working for other companies. He had a handful of contract already started, but he was looking to expand.

The first step was to finalize the business name. We brainstormed some name variation and compared them to the current name he was using. After registering the name I helped him secure his domain and hosting.

Then we worked closely to create the brand. The owner’s goal was to create a trustworthy brand. He was looking for something recognizable and memorable.

We started by selecting fonts and colors based on the owners vision of the brand. I suggested a cool blue scheme. The white emphasises the cleanliness of the brand while the dark blue references the years of know-how. The final logo is made of lightweight lines and to add asymmetry to the logo I added a thicker serif font at the bottom.

He planned to have business cards, flyers and a website to accompany his companies launch. I put together an introductory website. The owners main focus on locations served, along with contact information.
